One of the most common concerns for customers moving to a new hosting provider, such as Superlative, is “How do I move my domain name?”

Here are some basic steps to assist you. Before getting started, you will need the following information:

Your domain name
The name of your Registrar. This is the company that you purchased your domain name from, such as Network Solutions, Godaddy, Register.com, etc. If you are unsure where your domain name was registered, perhaps because someone other than yourself registered it, you can click here to look it up
Your login and password information that you received when the domain name was purchased.

Once you have obtained your all the information above, please email it to domains@superlative.com. When we have received your domain login information, you will be able to access your website with your domain name in 24-72 hours.

If you prefer to make the changes yourself, please update your DNS to the following:

NS1.SPRLTVNS.COM (206.173.88.11)
NS2.SPRLTVNS.COM (206.173.88.12)

Once you have completed the DNS update, please contact Superlative's Domain Dept to confirm. Send email with your domain name and a simple note confirming you have updated your DNS information.
